Backup
Your log is stored only on this phone. Save a backup weekly – e-mail it to yourself or keep it in Google Drive. Restoring adds the backup's entries to what's on the phone; nothing is overwritten.
PDF is ready to print or attach to an email. CSV opens in Excel or Google Sheets. Every entry shows when it actually happened and when you logged it.
